Return & Refund Policy

My Commitment 
At Eefakdesign, I take pride in handcrafting every piece of jewellery with care. All my earrings are made from polymer clay with hypoallergenic stainless steel fittings, making them suitable for sensitive ears. I currently ship within Ireland only.

Hygiene Policy 
For hygiene reasons, earrings cannot be returned or exchanged once removed from their original sealed packaging. This is in accordance with EU consumer law (Directive 2011/83/EU) and does not affect your statutory rights under Irish consumer law.

Right of Withdrawal 
Under the EU Consumer Rights Directive, you have the right to withdraw from your purchase within 14 days of receiving your order, provided the earrings remain in their original sealed packaging and have not been worn or removed from packaging.

To exercise your right of withdrawal, please contact me at kennedy.aoife@gmail.com within 14 days of receiving your order.

Handmade Items 
All my pieces are individually handcrafted from polymer clay, meaning each item is one of a kind. Slight variations in colour, pattern, and finish are a natural and celebrated characteristic of handmade jewellery and are not considered defects.

Faulty or Damaged Items 
If your item arrives damaged or faulty, please contact me within 14 days of receipt with photos and I will offer a replacement, exchange, or full refund - whichever you prefer.

How to Return 
To initiate a return, email me at kennedy.aoife@gmail.com with your order number and reason for return. I will respond within 2 business days.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item is faulty or damaged. Please allow sufficient packaging to protect items during return transit.

Refund Processing 
Once I receive and inspect your return, I will process your refund within 14 days to your original payment method.
