Overview 
This website is operated by Eefakdesign. By visiting and purchasing from this site, you agree to the following terms and conditions.

Products 
All my earrings are handcrafted from polymer clay with hypoallergenic, nickel-free stainless steel posts, suitable for sensitive ears. As each piece is made by hand, slight variations in colour, pattern, and finish are natural and not considered defects.

Pricing & Payment 
All prices are in Euro (€). I accept payment via the methods shown at checkout. I reserve the right to update prices at any time.

Order Acceptance 
I reserve the right to cancel or refuse any order, for example in the event of a pricing error or if an item is no longer available. If this happens, you will be notified promptly and any payment taken will be refunded in full.

Shipping 
I currently ship within Ireland only. Orders are dispatched within 2-3 business days of payment being received.

Intellectual Property 
All designs, images, and content on this website are the property of Eefakdesign and may not be reproduced, copied, or used without prior written permission.

Limitation of Liability To the fullest extent permitted by Irish law, Eefakdesign will not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages arising from the use of this website or the purchase of products. My liability is limited to the value of the product purchased.

Governing Law These terms are governed by the laws of Ireland. Any disputes will be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the Irish courts.

Changes to Terms I reserve the right to update these terms at any time. Changes take effect immediately upon posting to this page.
